EIP was started in 1983 by Dr. Ravinder Goyal with a vision to solve the challenges of level and volume measurement in the process industries, especially for the bulk solids and powder applications. With our Passion for Innovation our solutions have taken the guesswork out of Level measurement, whether it is for Solids or Liquids and allowed us to diversify in the flow and density measurement of slurries with our unique proposition.

Situated in the heart of industrial estate of Noida (India), our four factories, with a 22,000 sq.ft. facility, and a team of 74 people are constantly working towards delivering the best quality solution at an optimal price and world class customer support.

Over the years, EIP has grown through continuous innovation and deep industry experience. Today, Dr. Goyal’s two sons, Dr. Abhishek and Dr. Rajat, are carrying the legacy forward, driving the business with fresh energy and commitment.

Milestones

1983

Started journey by launching India’s first indigenous RF Level Switch, which cut costs by 10x for the ESP hopper level measurement and was adopted by National and State Electricity Boards.

1991

Recognized by India’s leading Maharatna and Navratna companies for level switch technology.

2002

Expanded our product portfolio into continuous level measurement by launching ultrasonic and radar level transmitters.

2009

Introduced India’s first 3D volumetric level transmitter for bulk solids and powders and started changing the market from Level to Volume.

2014

Our 3D technology was adopted nationwide by one of India’s largest power producers.

2016

Developed the world’s first 3D radar-based volume measurement system and introduced slurry density measurement approved by the Atomic Energy Board.

2017

Launched the first-ever non-contact, non-intrusive continuous level transmitter for ESP fly ash hoppers and rolled out 3D stockpile measurement for open and closed yards.

2021

Started the "Clinker Revolution" with advanced 3D radar technology.

2025

Introduced a patented technology in the form of non-invasive SONAR based slurry flow meter for pipelines conveying slurry and installed the first ever slurry flow meter in India which mounted outside the pipe without any intrusion
