Our Clamp-On Ultrasonic Density Meter measures the density of suspended solid in liquid with a reliable accuracy and repeatability. Its innovative non-contact design eliminates the need for direct contact with the material being measured, making it completely maintenance-free. Unlike conventional devices that may require special approvals or regular upkeep, this meter offers a hassle-free solution for a wide range of applications, ensuring both efficiency and convenience in operation.

How It Works

It measures the density of suspended solid in liquid using a pair of sensors, a controller, and a junction box. Using PCM (Process Condition Monitoring) algorithm, it measures not only the size of received signal, but also observes changes in sound velocity and temperatures in the process.

Unlike conventional methods, it uses the EEA (Envelope Energy Average) method for enhanced precision by calculating signal energy rather than amplitude changes.

It supports spool-piece, tank-mount, and clamp-on sensors to accommodate all field demands at installation. Key features include continuous measurement, process monitoring, 10,000-point data logging with trend mode, and in-situ calibration, making it a versatile and efficient choice for industrial applications.
