The InLine Solid Flow Meter is a cutting-edge device designed to measure the flow rate of solid materials. EIP-SLD-FT-550 is an Integral Transmitter and Sensor with high sensitivity that is not affected by vibration, no dust contamination, high reliability, ensuring long service life and provides accurate and reliable measurements for powders, granules, and bulk solids in pipelines. Measures almost any product such as dust, powders or granulates which are being transported in pneumatic conveying systems or by gravity in pipelines can be measured contactless.

Through the utilisation of electrostatic measurement technology, when airflow containing dust particles moves through a fixed sensor, the sensor collects the weak current produced by the moving dust particles. This current is then transmitted to the transmitter, where it is filtered and amplified before being processed into a standard output value that has a linear relationship with the dust concentration.
