3D Robot Radar

Get the best in technology and take control of your processes today!

Our 3D Robot Radar is the world’s first rotating 3D radar designed to measure level, volume, and create a real-time 3D profile of materials in silos, bunkers, and stockpiles. Operating at a high frequency of 140 GHz and powered by advanced algorithms, it scans multiple points across the material’s surface to generate a highly accurate representation, providing precise data on level, volume, mass, and material profiles.

How It Works

It works by taking multiple point measurements inside the silo or stockpile, and plotting the X, Y, and Z coordinates of the material. Using this data, it generates a real-time 3D profile of the material, along with accurate measurements of its level, volume, and mass, calculated based on the material’s density.

During each scanning cycle, the radar captures an almost unlimited number of points (as defined by the use), delivering exceptional accuracy for both hard and soft bulk materials. The proprietary 3D software then calculates volumes, publishes the reports, and provides a graphic interface. Scan results are immediately available without any need for additional calibrations or calculations.
