It uses the “Original Wey Design,” featuring a unique sealing system first patented in 1956 and perfected over decades. This system creates a tight, reliable seal that can handle high-pressure differences and prevent leaks, even with abrasive or corrosive materials.
The sharp edge of the gate cuts through thick or sticky materials, making it easy to stop or allow flow. When the gate is closed, it presses tightly against the seal to prevent any leaks. The design also helps clean off any material stuck on the gate as it moves for smooth and reliable operation.
