Diaphragm Switch

Upgrade your process with intelligent level sensing!

Diaphragm Switches provides simple, low-cost point level control with proven, lasting reliability. Designed for use in bins containing non-hazardous/ hazardous, free-flowing dry materials, these switches operate by sensing material pressing against the diaphragm switch. They come in six models, with choices for different diaphragm materials (standard, heavy-duty neoprene, or silicone) and options for internal or external mounting to fit different needs.

How It Works

It works by activating a sensitive micro-switch when material reaches the set level in a bin. Once triggered, it sends an alert that can start or stop a process, or indicate a high, medium, or low level inside the vessel.

These switches are commonly used for granular materials like grain, feed, or seed. BinMaster diaphragm switches can be mounted either internally or externally and wired to a light, horn, alarm, or point level alarm panel to signal an alert status.
